Chaser competed in his first ever conformation and working show  at the North Carolina Classic.  For a first time out, he did very well, taking 5 breed and 2 group 3 wins in a field of 7 dogs in the Guardian Group division.  He also got one leg toward his URO1, and two legs in weight pull to also take home a Total Dog Award!

Exciting news!  Chaser finished his championship Friday, May 2nd, at the Hampton Roads Dog Show in Courtland, VA with a breed and Group 2 win!  He also got his Weight Pull title to earn another coveted Total Dog Award.  We  intend to continue his training.  Many thanks to his trainer, Whitney Post of Imagination Kennels, Spotsylvania, VA.

                CHASER is
Out of

Chaser is the next generation of Devenshire Doberman stud dogs.  He is smart as a whip (too smart for his own good!), a beautifully balanced dog, with a gorgeous head, very correct structure and just enough elegance!   He has an unbelievably luxureous blue-black coat and deep rich mahogony markings.   Plans are to show him in conformation for  IABCA (International) championship if we can locate a show in 2014.

Health Testing                                                                                   Chaser comes from extraordinarily healthy bloodlines.  He is VWD Clear and is OFA good,  thyroid normal, does not carry the gene for deafness, does carry the red and blue gene.  In 5 generations there is only 1 dog in his pedigree that has died of DCM or any other genetic disease that we can trace.   He will likely improve the health of  the pups for any bitch to which he is bred.  He is available for stud to approved fully tested bitches.  He resides on the East Coast  (NY and PA residences).

Working Ability
With just the right balance of drive, he is currently training for his Rally titles,  steps in what we think will be a plethora of working titles!  He started training with Whitney Post of Imagination Kennels and got his first major conformation show wins the beginning of April.
He just finished his American U-Championship with Best of Breed and Group 2 wins this first weekend of May along with his Weight Pull title to win a coveted Total Dog Award.
Chaser is the type of dog, however, who could  work in IPO or PSA  as well.
